Ruhama Wimmer

My name is Ruhama. I am an eternal child of life, constantly learning and growing through movement, curiosity, and profound passion. I deeply cherish life, and I'm filled with gratitude and appreciation for all that I have been given.

I was born and raised in Israel within a deeply musical family. For as long as I can remember, music, playing instruments, and dancing have been my strongest and most vibrant passions.

I absolutely love being in motion—music and dance are my essential ways of expressing myself, connecting with others, healing, and finding personal fulfillment.

Now in my mid-thirties, I call Berlin my home. I'm a free and joyful mother to an amazing eight-year-old boy.

I myself am the daughter of parents who always worried excessively about me. This led me, at a very young age, to strive fiercely for independence, choosing to forge my own path without conforming to rules, thought patterns, or behaviors considered “normal and socially accepted.”

I left home early and lived through numerous experiences to discover where life was leading me. Everything I've learned along the way has come through movement, trial and error—both in joyful and challenging times.

The year 2020 marked a crisis that transformed into a profound gift and turning point in my life.

For the first time, I felt truly reborn. Emerging from my personal crisis, I discovered a new world, illuminating my life with a fresh and different kind of clarity.

The Satya Method was like a rebirth for me. It helped me understand the deeper purpose of my existence and clarified why I'm here. This newfound insight profoundly reshaped my view of life and the world around me.

In 2021, I began daily practices of yoga, meditation, and immersing myself in ice baths. I felt deeply alive again. Since then, I’ve grown ever closer to nature and gained a profound awareness of the unity between body, consciousness, and soul.

My consciousness expanded, bringing greater confidence in myself, my journey, and the inner truth eager to be expressed.

Since 2020, I've embarked on a continuous journey of growth and discovery, one I hope and believe will never end. Even now, I continue to learn and evolve, and it brings me great joy to pass on the gifts that have shaped me to each of you.

I created this website for you—to share more about myself, to introduce you to the topics that have deeply inspired me, and which I have chosen to master and pass forward.

I am profoundly grateful for this journey—grateful for the light, grateful for everything that exists, and grateful for all that is yet to unfold.
