Hi, it's nice to meet you!

Ruhama Wimmer

My name is Ruhama. I'm an eternal child of life, learning and growing every day through movement, curiosity, and a strong passion. I deeply love life and am grateful and appreciative for all that I have.

I was born and raised in Israel to a very musical family. Ever since I can remember, music, playing instruments, and dancing have been some of my strongest and most prominent passions.

I absolutely love being in motion; for me, music and dance are ways to express myself in this world, to move, communicate, heal, and fulfill myself.

I'm currently in my mid-thirties, and today I call Berlin my home. I'm a free and happy mother of an amazing 8-year-old boy.

I myself am a daughter to parents who always worried about me excessively, which led me at a very young age to strive for independence and to do everything on my own, without having to follow rules, thought patterns, and behaviors considered "normal and accepted by society."

I left home at a very young age and experienced many different things in order to learn where my life was headed. Everything I've learned in life has been through movement, trial, and error, for better or worse.

The year 2020 was a crisis that turned into a gift and a turning point in my life.

For the first time, I felt reborn. Out of my personal crisis, I discovered a new world that ignited a new light in my life, but this time with a different quality.

The Satya Method was a rebirth for me—I understood the meaning of my life, why I'm here, and this changed my entire worldview regarding my life and the world from my perspective.

In 2021, I started practicing yoga, meditation, and exposure to ice water on a daily basis. I felt alive again. Since then, I have increasingly reunited with nature and realized how the body, consciousness, and soul are one.

My consciousness grew stronger. I gained confidence in myself and in my path, and in the truth that wanted to break free from within me.

Since 2020, I've embarked on a continuous learning journey, which, I hope and believe, will never end. I'm still learning and growing to this day, and now I'm passing along the gifts that shaped me to all of you.

I created this website for you; here, you'll be able to learn more about me, about the topics that intrigued me deeply, and which I've chosen to master and pass forward.

I am filled with gratitude for the journey, gratitude for the light, gratitude for everything that exists, and gratitude for all that is yet to come.

May we all shine together, each with our own unique light, filled with love, joy, and happiness, shining like stars.

Yours with love,
Ruhama Wimmer

About the Satya-Method

The Satya Method is a powerful and authentic philosophical approach to personal growth and self-discovery. It combines self-awareness, inner reflection, and practical tools to help you reconnect with your inner strength, realize your potential, and achieve lasting balance.

Through the Satya Method, you’ll learn to listen to your body and work with it in harmony. You’ll learn to embrace all of your emotions and align your actions with your true values. This allows you to recognize which internal voice or “persona” is speaking through you in different areas of your life—whether in friendships, family, career, or parenting.

The method invites you to explore essential questions:
