About BodyMindSatya

Hi, I’m Ruhama Wimmer. Born in Jerusalem and now calling Berlin my home, I’ve spent my life exploring how to turn challenges into opportunities for growth. A complex childhood ignited my passion for music, dance, and ultimately self-discovery. Through the ups and downs — leaving my hometown, facing heartbreak, motherhood, and financial struggles — I realized that true transformation starts from within.

I found healing through yoga, breathwork, and exposure to the cold, learning to embrace difficult emotions instead of running from them. My journey led me to become a certified coach, driven by a deep desire to share everything I’ve learned. Today, I help individuals break free from limiting beliefs, tap into their inner strength, and create a life guided by courage, authenticity, and purpose.

I believe in the power of honest reflection, everyday mindfulness, and unwavering self-love. Together, let’s spark that life-changing potential inside you.
